Services Offered

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy appointments are tailored to help you recover from injuries, manage pain effectively, and improve function and performance. Treatments include hands-on techniques such as massage and mobilisations, exercise prescription, taping, heat therapy, electrical stimulation and education.
Initial Assessment
At initial assessment, we’ll start by taking a detailed medical history, discussing your current symptoms and difficulties, and setting goals for treatment. Following this you’ll have a physical examination which may include evaluating your posture, range of motion, balance and strength. Based upon the assessment you’ll have your condition explained and provided a personalised treatment plan. Appropriate imaging/scanning or referral to other specialists may also be recommended at this stage. Initial assessments may include hands-on therapy depending on the complexity and nature of the problem. Sessions are 50-60 minutes.
Follow ups
At these sessions, you’ll have your progress tracked via objective measurements and adjust your treatment plan as required. Sessions are 30 minutes long.

Sports Rehab
Once a treatment and rehab plan is in place these sessions are ideal for injuries with a typically longer recovery period (e.g. ACL/Achilles rupture), where extensive exercise programs are required and clients may have additional sports-specific conditioning needs. Sessions are 60-90 minutes long.

Personal Training
A one-to-one session where you will receive a customized exercise and fitness plan tailored to your specific goals, needs, and abilities. Goals typically include weight loss, muscle building, toning, and enhancing overall fitness. You’ll learn proper technique and form to reduce the risk of injury, be motivated and held accountable for sticking to your fitness plan, have progress tracked, and provided education on fitness principles, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits to support long-term success. Sessions are 60 minutes

Sports Massage
Sports massage is a specialised form of massage therapy tailored to the needs of athletes and active individuals. It focuses on preventing and treating injuries, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall performance. Using techniques such as deep tissue manipulation, stretching, and trigger point therapy, sports massage helps alleviate muscle tension, reduce soreness, and promote faster recovery after physical activity. Sports massage can be beneficial before or after exercise and is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, not just professional athletes. Sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes (may include complementary therapies such as cupping).
